ooc: sry for da crappiness. and the lameness of the title. not able to think. me and melissa r gonna be 17 wen we have our junior prom...ya.
Zero had been searching for someone that he must have known because he had caught a whiff a few seconds before. However, the scent brought him to a waterfall that he just couldn't cross. So, he decided to just turn around and wander about for a bit before trying the waterfall again.
As Zero wandered, he started to get hungry. So, he found a large rabbit and killed it, then ate it. Still hungry, he searched for something else to assuage his hunger. Eventually, after killing a bunch of rabbits and other small creatures, he was satisfied. Yawning, Zero looked for a nice shady tree to lay under. When he did, he went and laid under it. He was hot, although it was the middle of winter, and his dark coat color was making it a little worse. Maybe he was so hot from runnig about trying to find his mother and sister.
The male wolf's gaze was on the horizon. He was bored out of his mind and when he got bored, Zero started out into nowhereland. Soon enough, he was zoned out and images of him and his sister popped into his head. After a little while, he dismissed the thoughts then howled trying to get an answer and possibly even some company.

The figure spread her long wings as she flew across the waterfalls. The sound pounded in her ears as she then saw a figure. Smiling childishly she then decided to stop her flight. As soon as she found the wolf, she then grinned. She then asked softly, "You have called?" The angelic figure was sparkling in the light. Her own reflection was unable to be cast, only the outline of her wolfish figure and wings were visible in the water.
She was not a wolf, she knew that. She was half-wolf-half-bird. The blue eyes sparkled as the one-year-wolf-bird started to walk closer to the black dog. She kept her distance however, Winter spread her wings out, rocks started to tremble on the ground as Winter sighed. It was not always easy, no it was always hard, for the creature that was barely a full-grown wolf to control her powers. It was hard for her, as it was hard for many others.
The wind ruffled her white feathers, the angle tipped her head slightly as she studied the black dog once more. She decided to ask another question, "Who are you dog?"

Zero watched as he saw something flying through the air. After he howled, the creature got closer. Soon, it was hovering above the water, with only the outline of the creature been reflected onto the surface of the water.. He heard what it had to say. "I called because I have no one to talk to and I have no company. I'm sure that even you can see that! It's obvious." He looked up and and waited for and answer from the winged creature.
Zero looked the other creature over and realized that it wasn't pure wolf. It was more of a wolf-bird mix. He wondered what it must be like to different then the others. He was curious and wanted to ask about it but instead he said "I'm Zero. And you?" Zero got up a from under the tree and walked out into the sunshine, which made his metallic blue spots shimmer brightly again.
"So. What's it like to be different? I mean...I'm just wondering. It must be hard, huh?" Zero asked, his voice full of curiosity(sp?). "I wish I was different. Like you. With wings or something else to make me stand out." Zero said with a sigh and then took a few steps closer but stopped so he wouldn't be hit by the young wolf/bird's wings. (sorry. idk what else to call her.)

"What do you call this wonderland that we have right now? The season when the snow falls and everything is hungry? The season that the nights are long and the days are short? That's right. Winter. Winter is my name, Zero."
Winter's eyes sparkled. She dipped her head at the older wolf. Guessing; she thought that he was about four moons older than her. She smiled generously when the giant black wolf spoke once more. Winter decided to answer at once.
"It hurts me to be different. I would do anything to be a normal wolf. It's strange, my wings had frightened many. They have all ran away just because I'm different. When my wings were full-fledged when I was 6 moons of age. My family left me. Or at least my sister did. My mother and father were long dead.
If you were me, you wouldn't wish that you had wings, or long claws, or a burning mane. You would be thankful that you were what you are right now. My own self, with wings and pure white fur stand out too much. I would give off my wings but I would keep my fur. My fur helps me stand out enough.
"Sorry about my wings. I know they're big."
She folded her wings to her sides as she licked her white fur. Smiling again; the beautiful white, voice asked.
"What's it like being a wolf? What brings you here? Are you alone? Usually all that I meet have someone else to be with."

ooc: sry for the random thing bout da junior prom..arya was gonna reply but u did instead. its ok tho...so yea. and its an observation but ur post looks like a ! mark..haha yea.
Zero watched Winter as she spoke. "I love that name. Winter....It's much better then Zero. I mean, Zero is like nothing. Winter means something I guess." He replied to the other creatures words. "Well. I wouldn't want wings that big. I would want wings though." He paused for a moment then continued on. "Maybe that's why I'm such a kind wolf. Maybe if I was different like you and others thought differently about me...maybe I would be different too." Zero sighed and then looked down at his paws.
The last thing Winter said reached him. "Well. What is it like to be a wolf? Not too bad I guess. I mean it is kinda boring. All I really do is eat, wander, search for my sister, fall asleep then do it all over again the next day. Maybe meet another wolf or two. Most of them just spare a passing glance and then move on. That's why I'm here." Zero turned and walked toward the waterfall. "I think my sister may be over there. But, my powers won't allow me to make it over the rushing water." He stared into the water seeing his reflection staring back up at him. Zero stuck a paw into the water and moved it around before quickly pulling it back out.
"It's ok about the wings. I don't care. It's not like I need alot of space to move around or anything." Zero said quickly. "And, of course, I don't have any company other then you right now. That is, until I find my sister. You can come with me on my journey if you want. I don't mind." He asked quietly. He really did want someone to talk to for once. Although he wasn't really that different, Zero was kinda ignored and put down too. Not that much but he still was. "You know. I sorta know what it's like to be made fun of. I don't know why but I used to be, and still sorta am, mocked and ridiculed by the others...." His voice got all quiet and then he just stopped talking all together. He turned to face Winter. "So don't feel so bad..."

OCC: Wow.... I never noticed that it looks like that mark!
Winter smiled. She then looked at her large wings and thought thoughtfully. She could hold his weight. She then smiled again asking quietly in her angelic voice.
"Would you like a ride? It won't hurt me you know. And I would love to go with you to find your sister."
Her blue eyes sparkled with pride and happiness as she spread out her wings, carefully, as she looked at Zero.
"I love your name. Zero. Like there is no limit to how much you can live for. There's no limit to how much you can love. Like there is never a limit..."
She smiled again as she waited a reply.

Thud. Wind being pushed downward could be heard. Thud. Large wings beat the air in a rhythimic style, and those wings were attatched to a young she-wolf. Thud Coranoa swept in over the waterfalls and flew over its grace and majestic mist. The torrent of water hit her face, and felt refreshingly cool. Grinning, Coranoa spiraled down like a hawk into the middle of the waterfalls. She landed softly near one of the ends of the falls, and thought, When was the last time I had water? Shrugging, she bent down over the pool and lapped up the placid combination of hydrogen and oxygen. It quenched her thirst and placeted the need to stuff herself with food. Water would suffice for now. She looked around to see two other wolves talking to eachother, and Coranoa tipped her head in intrest. She didn't know, however, of what power the white she-wolf held. Coranoa didn't see the white wings on her back, and when she did she would know that she was not alone. She wasn't the only one with freakish avain wings implanted on her shoulders, even though that thought never troubled her. Coranoa was proud of her wings, and wouldn't trade them for anything, not even her life. She approached the two canines, and dipped her head in greetings. "Hello." she simply said with a smile.

Zero listened to Winter. His eyes sparkled as she spoke. Then, when it was his turn to speak he said "Thank you. I really think your name is better. And do you really mean it? I would love a ride. It would be great. To be able to soar through the air." Then, another winged wolf appeared. He looked from the new wolf to Winter then back to the other wolf. "Hello. Who are you? I'm Zero." It was then that he noticed the other wolf had wings also. "Oh come on! You both have wings and I don't. I would give anything to have wings. Well, almost anything...I really would." Zero sighed and then said. "I guess the closest I can get is a ride. Oh well that will work!"

Winter smiled, looking at the new wolf she then dipped her head. "Hello, may I ask who you are?" She said quietly? Of course, she was often shy but then she also was shy of other, wondering silently she then spread her wings out again and then asked Zero once more, "Are you coming or not?"
Winter started to make wind, her wings beating slowly, the water from the waterfalls started to bend in unusual shapes Winter smiled once more, her beautiful white pelt colored silver as her hair and fur blew in the breeze.
