She stepped to the edge of the sandy beach that overlooked the sand filled island. Her bright electric eyes looked out to this island. It was quiet and peaceful, but to her it showed sadness, Yes, I feel your pain, you and I are very alike, island she stated in her thoughts. Taking a seat on the beaches edge, the small sea's waves come crashing into her paws. Her nose tilted to her feet, ears perfectly erect. This amused her for the while being, the cool water seeping in between her toes and washing away.
A depressing sigh emits from her as her eyes watch this reaction of water touching her feet and seeping into her toes. Watching this a dark thought comes from her mind, the thought of making this water electrified and killing everything within its dark waters. Shaking her head she banishes the thought. Letting out another deep sigh her eyes look up to the lone island, soon her nose tilts up and points sand banks of this lone land.
She was just like that island; alone, quiet, still, and pathetic. That was it...pathetic. I am pathetic, that was why my parents had to leave me. That was why the pack rejected my kind. We are one of a kind, like this island inside this sea...alone and alone to always stay and be. With that said, her head is thrown back and a song of cold deep depression leaks from her. Notes deep and heartfelt travel in waves for a miles stretch.

It wasn't too far away from where the wolf and the island was that another wolf was advancing towards the small chunk of land as well, but this wolf wasn't swimming towards the island. But actually flying towards it. Two enormous white wings carried a wolf that was twice the size of a normal-sized one as he was gliding around in the air though he was beginning to decend towards the island to have a small break on it.
His feet softly landed on the sandy beach rims of the land as he began to tuck in his wings and began to lay down on the warm sands as he watched the waters rising and falling repeatedly. That was almost like his life, it was always uneven and crooked as he tried to make a good life for himself though he would always lose his chances. There must be someone that I want to care with the other caring back, but who? He began to lay his head down onto his two large, soft paws as he just looked at the endless blue water going tow other distant lands and let out a sigh,

Looking up suddenly as she saw a wolf...with..with wings!? Her eyes widened, it was rare that she ever saw another wolf...but one with wings. Her eyes must be betraying her, her depression must be getting to her. Shaking her head wildly she looked back to the sky as the wolf began to descend to the island before her. She watched as he did so. Her heart sank as he descended and her ears fell to the side. She was too shy and ashamed of herself to approach him. But not only that, if she went into the water she would certainly make it electrified.
She hadn't yet been able to master her powers, despite much of the years she couldn't. It was one of the reasons no one stuck around her. If they dared to touch her she would shock them. Letting out a soft whimper, she scolded herself for being so pathetic. Looking down for a long period of time, her eyes looked back up to the island. With a heavy sigh she debated on risking it, she wanted to be around another wolf.
Another large whimper came from the female, she was determined but her depression was holding her back. She felt no one would want to be around her, why would they? She was always gloomy, yet the was when she was alone...yet she had fallen thin, almost deathly thin, if it was a male, why would he want to be around her...she was ugly..she thought. Becoming infuriated with herself she stood up curling her lips to herself.

Grifan just watched on as the waves twisted and turned all around in the large blue waters as he was about to got to sleep, but before he did he was hearing a whimper of some sort and lifted his head as both his eyes and his ears wee scanning around to find where the trace of the sound was. Though it didn't take too long to find she-wolf a bit younger than him with depression on her face, of course it was always like him to comfort others when they felt sorrow and so began to stand up and began to walk towards this female.
Though he knew that she could possibly scared of him for being twice any wolf's height and having wings, so he just walked slowly with his ears down and his neck lowered to show that he meant no harm to her at all. He did want to say something to her, but for a moment he couldn't. It was like his tounge swelled up in his mouth when he looked down at the she-wolf, he couldn't remember seeing any kind of beauty like hers before. Though he he managed to snap back into reality as he just looked at her with his gentle blue eyes. "Are you alright there miss?" He asked calmly as he kept his distance away from her incase if she got scared of him.

Just as she was about to make her way to him, he moved. Shifting his weight and gaze to her and walked in her direction. Upon this her ears pasted back, it was unlike her to become shy, however, this was different. It was a male, and a winged wolf at that, his bulk did not scare her in the slightest. She knew if he were an aggressive male that she could probably easily kill him, she was full of electricity, her aura even spoke of this.
As he got within a matter of a few feet, the symbol on her shoulder, a moon crescent with lighting through it, glowed the same electric blue as her eyes. It was truly a unique and beautiful sight against her shiny black coat. Looking up into his own eyes she met his with shy apprehension.
Are you alright there, miss?
Her spoke to her, her head lowered as well as her gaze, not in fear, but more of shame for herself. She shouldn't be acting like this she said to herself, be strong. You were not raised to be weak. She couldn't help it though, her heart ached to much of the past events in her life. After the silence between the two wolves, her gaze looked back up to him, I am fine...I just..she fell silent again looking away once more. Oh great...what am I going to say to him? Oh I wanted to come over to you but I was afraid...I tend to shock others by accident. Oh that would be great to say..She scolded herself for a second battling herself inside. Resuming her words her bright eyes looked up to him, I just was being...me...
She knew after saying that she would sound like an idiot, but it was better than what would have came out the first time. Turning her head away from him it was apparent she felt this way, as well as embarrassed.

There was a long silence after the male had asked her that question which made him wonder if she heard him clearly or wasn't even paying attention to him and was going to ask a second time a little louder, however the female had soon answered his question.
I just was... being me The female then looked away from him which had made him head tilt a little bit and began to wonder why she was acting so odd around him. He hadn't really seen this behavior in other she-wolfs, and he would have known her reactions if he had lived with his sister for quite a while now.
"Oh, I see..." He said as he began to lay down on the sand again and was trying to show more to her not to be shy or nervous around him as he made slow wags of his large and furry tail as it shifted the sand as he began to look at the odd marking of the other wolf's shoulder as it made him realize that this obviously no ordinary wolf, just like he was.
"I see you can control electricity." He told her before he went and looked up at the clouds above the blue waters. "If that is the reason your afraid of me, then don't be. Seeing as we are on the same page sort of speak." He told her as he began to focus his powers on the clouds as he would make images of bird, wolves, and even lighting bolts as well just to have to fun and occupation

Her eyes met his as he spoke, then he layed down. She was surprised at this, it appeared she not scare him. Her ears shot forward, How did he know?, her eyes met his. Watching him more he looked to the sky, and she followed his gaze to the sky. Her tail began to lightly wag as he made shapes in the sky, but soon, her gaze fell to the ground. Her bright electric blues looked away as she knew why she acted the way she did, on many levels.
Yes...I do control electricity and various things of light...however, not very well. A pause in her words as she remembered the last time she was around another creature of her type. I tend to shock others, by accident. She finally musters out, looking down her eyes watch the waves of the water. She so badly wanted to put her paws to the water but she was afraid of its conductive abilities to her static electric charge.

Grifan brought his gaze over to the other she-wolf when she was talking about her powers and saying that she didn't know how to control them very well, though she did look a bit younger than he was of course. He didn't know too much about electric-powered wolves, but he may have and idea on what can help her out with the shocking part.
"Not to be a pest about your powers, but maybe it is your emotions that work up your shocking." He told her as he looked down at his large paws and shuffled them a little bit as he felt a little dumb for saying that and probably wondered how he got such a stupid idea like that before. "Cause well, that happens to me a lot with cloud formations." He confessed to her as he looked up at the clouds again and let out a sigh knowing that he had to explain some more to her.
"You see, Whenever I am happy or joyous the sky is cloudless and clear as a crystal. But when I'm in a deep angry or depressed..." He stopped there for a moment as he thought about the times he was in a deep anger and what the aftermath did, he then looked back at her again and made a small chuckle. "Well, let's just say my power would be then pretty much the same thing to yours." He then looked back up at the clouds again as he closed his eyes and drooped down his head and let out a depressed sigh with the effect of some clouds forming up and turning grayish in color as he remembered some of the consequences that happened with his feelings.

Her ears pricked again and her bright eyes looked up again, she listened to his words regarding her powers. His theory was fairly plausible because as of right now, she was fully charged. Looking up to the sky he was becoming depressed it made her curious as she hadn't ever came across another wolf that felt depressed. As the clouds began to turn gray, another event began to happen within them. Static build up from her made heat flashes and soon she knew lightening would happen if this kept going as it has been.
Her eyes looked to him, Your theory makes a lot of sense...by the way, I am Sahara...and you are? she asks as she was not feeling nearly as depressed or shy as he was in the beginning. He seemed charming and, quite magnificent. He was one of the largest wolves she had seen, yet he was not overbearing. A smile began to brim her maw as her tail swished on the sandy edge.

Grifan began to lift up his head again and look at the she-wolf again as she had began to talk again, and this time she had revealed her name to be Sahara. Then she asked what his name was as he began to let out a smile with his heart feeling warm inside as the clouds began to fade away revealing the clear skies. "My name... it's Grifan." He told her as he began to move one of his paws in circles as they made small patterns before he began talking again.
Your name suits you, it's powerful in a way yet soft, me on the other hand it sounds a little harsh." He admitted as he began to blush a little bit and made a nervous laugh as he thought about what he had said, he would most likely like him or hurt him for that.

Her eyes gleam and spark with his comment of her name her maw tilted to the ground and her ears went back softly against her head. It was obvious she had blushed. However, it was a short blush as she had to correct him, No, it is a good strong name for a male such as yourself.. Her eyes remained to sparkle. It was true, he was a strong male, she could tell by his body structure.
Looking away silence fell on the two as she had run out of things to say, and he had seemed to become shy or something. Taking her paw she made an upside down moon crescent into the ground, and shortly after her paw ran across the design it began to crystallize before them.

Grifan just sent another smile towards her when she commented on his name, but soon their was just a long silence between them as obviously no one had nothing really to say. Then Sahara began to make a upside-down crescent which had soon to his surprise began to crystalize before the two before he made a chuckle. "Impressive I must say."
He commented her as he began to stretch a little bit with his enormous wings spreading right over Sahara as it would have looked like a giant cloud over her head, but soon he had folded his magneficent wings onto his side before laying down again by Sahara and looking out at the clouds as he would make even more odd shapes of birds and trees, along with so many different other shapes before looking back at at Sahara again with a grin on his face.

She had done this absent minded really, so the moment he commented on it, it shot her back to reality. Her glazed eyes becoming brilliant again as they met with is. A smiled formed and the way the smile had formed gave away that she was blushing underneath her dark fur. Her ears had gone back the moment his wings stretched out above her hiding her view of the sky.
Looking back over to him she wondered what he was up to, just then his wings tucked back and her muzzle pointed to the skies. A large smile brimmed her maw, her eyes scanning every cloud he formed into an object or creature. You are quite the male.. she states blatantly not really thinking that one through. Her eyes soon looked back to him. He impressed her, even before they met, he had done this. He was the first winged wolf she had seen.
Granted, she had not met many other wolves, but she had met fire, water, ice, and ghost like wolves before...but he, he captured her attention. Suddenly as she once more snaps back to reality she looks down, realizing she was staring at him like an excited pup. Sorry.. She mumbles out her ears back as her head fell to the side while her tail had tucked a little.

Grifan just stared down at Sahara as she oddly enough said sorry and began to tuck her tail in-between her legs and feel to her side and tilted is head in confusion and began to wonder why this female would say sorry to him, she didn't do anything wrong really as she just stared at him for a little while which he didn't really care about of course.
He then began to bring his head a little lower and closer to Sahara's as he went to look straight into her eyes again to answer something to her. "Why say sorry there Sahara?" He questioned her as one of his ears made a small flick before continuing on with his sentence. "Just because you are having fun or interests doesn't mean you have to apologies about it." He told her as he began to bring his head up again and looked out at the large bodies of water that just went on for who knows how long and began to think of some things in his mind for a while before looking back at Sahara again.

Her eyes looked over to him as she was almost about nose to nose when she looked over. His proximity made her blush, "I felt my staring was being rude..." His words though did make sense, he was truly different. The manner in which he carried himself and treated her so far brought out the better of her, she could sense that, but with her past it was going to be harder for her to come out of her shell.
Her maw pointed to the ground as her eyes looked up at him, and her ears went back as a smile brimmed her muzzle once more. "Your words make sense..." She stopped herself as she then giggles. She had almost said sorry for saying sorry. Her bright electric eyes sparkle as she wags her tail in a playful motion matching the expression within her eyes.
